    Then maybe my info isnt as out of date as I thought. What I had heard was pre-iphone. I had seen a story over Apple and their lack of video games on G4. I'll see if I cant dig it up.

    I'm not sure. I've never heard that myself, but it could be true. I thought it was mainly because there wasn't a market for games on mac because not nearly enough gamers had them. I know apple was playing nice with the iphone, but I don't know about their computers.

    I tend to lean PC- nearly anything a mac can do a PC can do (all be it not quite as well in certain areas). I also thought that more games were made for PC because MAC wasn't playing nicely with 3rd party developers, then again my info is outdated.

    Yeah, I am planning on building a computer eventually, but I need a laptop for portability at school. I also heard that a lot of game developers use macs and I want to start a game this year that i've been thinking of, so yeah. Although, at times I do wonder whether I shouldn't just stick with a pc for programs and stuff, rather than get a mac and dual boot it.

    wow talk about one problem afer another. how much are u planning on spending for your MB pro? cause I spent about $1100 on a desktop that has better specs than the macbook that costs $2800. granted its a desktop- if ur after a laptop they are top of the line.

    Pretty much everything. I only have one computer with the space to even install it, but the sound card is broken so I don't have any sound whatsoever. One of the other one's doesn't have the memory either, and the screen is broken, and the last one doesn't have the memory or the cpu power either. I just have all around crappy computers. And actually, none of them happen to be mine. Mine, which still couldn't run it, won't even turn on anymore :( But it's all good, I'm getting a macbook pro later this summer, so I only have to hold out a little bit longer.
